These are a beautiful daily self-care ritual providing deep, transformative results. I like to rotate through different problem areas and alternate days of deep work with lighter, overall lifting massage or gua sha. Daily neck, scalp and tongue work are critical! For best results, use nourishing tallow balm for glide but be sure not to use the balm when indicated. For advanced results use CureTape kinesiology tape to tone and firm the face, while boosting circulation and reducing puffiness. *I recommend gently pressing or stroking the areas worked for a few moments after each step to calm the tissues.*
